I appear to be on some sort of a mad tiny dessert cooking kick. Tonight, I made itty bitty ramekin chocolate chip cookie cakes. (They’re described in this tumblr post here with the recipe and all as “deep dish chocolate chip cookies,” but while the flavor is pure chocolate chip cookie, the texture is cake!)
Anyway, they were made and consumed (we had them with spiced rum, rather than milk, for we are writers and you know what they’re like) and generally approved.
I followed the recipe exactly except a dash of cinnamon, and mine requires a little more egg to moisten all the dough.

I’m pretty sure the original poster stuck a couple of extra chocolate chips in the top after baking for the photo op, because as you can see, my “deep dish cookies” swallowed all the chips as they rose.
